Abhay Choudhary brings over 35 years of experience in the Indian power transmission sector, with a distinguished career in engineering, project management, and corporate leadership. Prior to joining Synergy Infra, he served as Director (Projects) at Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL), where he oversaw some of India’s largest transmission corridor developments, including 765 kV and ±800 kV HVDC projects connecting renewable-rich regions to demand centers.

Known for his deep technical acumen and execution oversight, he has led multistate, multi-agency programs across Transmission, Substations, and Grid Integration ensuring timely commissioning, safety excellence, and regulatory compliance. At Synergy Infra, Abhay Choudhary brings invaluable experience in strategic planning, operations governance, and project delivery assurance, strengtheningthe company’s capabilities in large-scale, technology-led EPC execution.

Umesh Chand Rai brings over 28 years of project management experience in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, and Hydro Power projects. He has held senior roles with leading EPC firms such as Jyoti Structures and Reliance Infrastructure, where he successfully led large-scale project execution and bid management across India’s power sector. Skilled in project monitoring, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance, he is recognized for his ability to deliver projects on time, within cost, and to the highest technical standards. At Synergy Infra, he plays a pivotal role in driving on-ground execution excellence, ensuring that every project reflects the company’s values of speed, quality, and precision. His extensive field expertise complements the Group’s strategic leadership, reinforcing Synergy’s position as a technically strong, execution driven EPC enterprise.

Devansh Kothari represents the third generation of the Om Kothari Group, holding dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from UIUC. He brings global professional experience from Toyota R&D, L&T USA, EY-Parthenon, and Monitor Deloitte, where he specialised in AI strategy, new business incubation, growth strategy, and commercial due diligence for Fortune 500 firms. Currently at Om Infra Limited, he leads special projects in growth verticals such as Power Transmission, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Pumped Storage, driving the Group’s next phase of expansion and innovation.

Vikas Kothari is the Managing Director of Om Infra Limited, one of India’s leading EPC companies in hydropower and water infrastructure, and also the Managing Director of Om Toyota, the Group’s automotive business. With decades of leadership experience across the Om Kothari Group, he has combined engineering depth, entrepreneurial foresight, and global partnerships to transform the Group into a diversified enterprise.

Under his stewardship, Om Infra has delivered some of India’s most complex and challenging hydroelectric projects, such as the Kalisindh Dam, Vyasi Hydroelectric Project, and Kameng Hydroelectric Project These landmark initiatives showcase the Group’s ability to execute at scale in demanding environments while maintaining the highest standards of engineering and project delivery.

During his leadership, the Om Kothari Group crossed 22,000 crore in consolidated revenue and successfully expanded into international markets across Asia and Africa, executing infrastructure projects in collaboration with global agencies and partners. In parallel, he has grown Om Toyota into one of Rajasthan’s most trusted automotive dealerships A leader with a vision for both legacy and innovation, Vikas Kothari continues to guide the Group into new verticals such as Transmission, BESS, and Pump Storage, building on five decades of institutional credibility.
